On this tour we will have a lead pickup which can carry five guests comfortably followed by our 25′ flatbed trailer loaded with bales that can seat around thirty-five people. During the early part of calving season in April & May some of the cows are reluctant to allow us to approach their calves leading them to a distant corner or of into rougher country. A few minutes after being born the baby calves can already out run a grown man so if the mothers run the calves can stay right with them. There are always some who don’t mind bringing their babies up close & within a week or two after delivering virtually all of the cows will be bringing their calves up close to the vehicles.
