Description

Of all of our roasts this is my personal favorite. It has enough tallow to easily keep the meat moist and tender. You can use a crock pot or simply wrap your seasoned roast in foil with the seam at the top to hold in juices and cook in oven at 225 to 250 for 5 or 6 hours.
